It's Not Your Fault...

How many times have you wandered past the cosmetic counters at some glossy department store-  ready and willing to be transformed into a glowing goddess ---only to have some over-zealous, all-too assertive cosmetic counter person pounce and point out something negative? "Ooo, looks like the foundation you're wearing is a bit off" or "Are you a bit tired today; or do you normally have dark circles  like that under your eyes?" Thank you, but no thanks. If I wanted to be humiliated, I would have stayed home.

You relent and perch in the chair. You're tired, and the sales person has you cornered, and a bit excited. Afterall, she has all the necessary magic at her disposal-- right here, right now. She asks, what you want, you reply "something quick and easy- I have little kids and I want to look pretty, but polishedd. " She then prooceeds to give you the exact opposite.-- smokey purple eyes, lots of mascara and a beet pink blush that look like you've just bench pressed 1000lbs.  It's a sort of socceer-mom-gone-wild look; and make no mistake about it-- it's going to cost you. BIG time.  Been there, done that.  My last trip to the mall cost me over two hundred dollars (in the name of reasearch, but still), yikes!

Makeup comes with a large degree of marketing. Beauty is big business, after all, and it comes with the territory. These people are trained to sell-- and will do whatever it takes to make the sale.

I personally think cosmetic companies would do better without the hardsell approach.  Sure they may not sell as much in that initial meeting, but you’re certainly going to end up with more return customers, referrals and in the end = happy customers.

Let me introduce you to Orglamix cosmetics.  We're here to say... "it's not your fault!"  Try Orglamix; and and feel great!

Orglamix Believes:
» Natural beauty shouldn't cost a fortune
» That six deep breaths a day can improve your life
